Job Description

Job Duties include:
1. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
2. Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
3. Make beds and change sheets
4. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
5. Clean and disinfect elevators.
6. Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
7. Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
8. Clean changing rooms and showers.

Employment Requirements:
1. Ideal candidate should be dependable, flexible, reliable, values ethics and have effective interpersonal skills.
2. The working conditions and physical capabilities require tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, sitting and standing for extended periods.
3. The position is physically demanding and requires walking, bending, crouching and kneeling.

Terms of Employment:
The candidates are expected to be available for work morning, daytime, evening, night and on weekends and also able to work on call or available for shift. These are full time (30-40 hours per week) and permanent position with a salary of $19.00/Hour.
