Peachland Sushi in Peachland, BC is looking for a Full-Time Cook!

Job Title: Cook
Position Available: 3
Wage: $16.75 – $20.00 per hour
Work Condition: 30 – 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 5818 Beach Ave, Peachland, BC V0H 1X4

Job Duties:
– Plan, prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese meal
– Monitor food inventory stock and order if necessary
– Ensures Kitchen area, food storage and utensils are kept sanitary
– Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
– May supervise and train kitchen helpers
– Assist other cooks and perform related work as required

Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary School
– Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety or several years of commercial cooking experience may be required.
– Language: English is required
