Responsible for the Hotel.
• Directly responsible for managing over 6 departments including Maintenance, Front Office, Reservations, Service one, Housekeeping and IT.
• Liaise with the owner to develop and implement SOP’s for the delivery of world class customer service.
• Working in conjunction with the owner to design and implement sales promotional activities.
• Responsible for setting Rooms Division budgets and strategies to achieve them.
• Work in conjunction with the owner on budgets and strategies to achieve them.
• Responsible for weekly yield meetings to maximise hotel revenue.
• Responsible for leading, coaching and developing the team to provide superior customer service.
• Responsible for formulation and execution of maintenance budgets.
• Handle major issues and to ensure service recovery.
• Maintain a high level of visibility in all public areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat and regular Clientele.
• Responsible for recruiting and training of department managers.
• Responsible for maintaining cordial relationships with the residents.
• Responsible for setting and achieving revenue targets for all rooms division departments.
• Working with the owner to build and maintain relationship with the vendors
