CORA BREAKFAST & LUNCH in Kelowna is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor position.

Duties include:
 Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
 Prepare food order summaries for cooks from customers
 Establish methods to meet work schedules
 Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
 Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
 Supervise and check assembly of regular and special diet trays for customer
 Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Wages and Benefits: Wages of $18.00 per hour, for 32 to 40 hours per week.

Work Experience: Must have at least several years of experience in food preparation and service is required.

Education: Completion of secondary school education is usually required.
