Job Description

Lakeview Restaurant is located at 150 Esplanade Ave., Harrison Hot Springs, BC V0M 1K0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Cook. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail.

Position: Cook
Wage: CAD$20.00 per hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook various dishes including various breakfast dishes, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, rice bowls, fish & chips, and other items in the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Language at work: English
