YUKION SUSHI is located at 4-100 Kalamalka Lake Rd., Vernon, BC V1T 9G1. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Japanese (Sushi) Cook. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail.

Position: Cook
Wage: CAD $29.00 per hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30~ 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook Japanese sushi food items (Sashimi, Sushi, Maki, Roll, etc.) in cooperation with the rest of the staff;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Skills demonstration may be required.
• Language at work: English
