HOME CHILD CARE PROVIDER — LIVE-OUT
Richmond Hill, Ontario

Employment: Temporary, full-time
Anticipated term: December 21, 2026 to July 31, 2027

Pay: CAD $21.00 gross per hour, plus applicable vacation pay.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Split-shift schedule: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 noon and 3:30–6:30 p.m.
The interval between shifts is off duty.

This is a live-out position. Employer-provided accommodation and meals are not included in the advertised offer.

Duties
Provide care for one school-aged child in the employer’s home. Supervise and care for the child; maintain a safe and healthy environment; support emotional wellbeing, personal hygiene and social development; prepare nutritious meals; organize activities; assist with homework; accompany the child to school and appointments; keep activity and health records; follow the parents’ agreed discipline methods; assume household responsibility during the parents’ absence; and perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Requirements
– English, oral and written.
– Secondary-school completion; postsecondary education is an asset.
– One year to less than two years of full-time caregiver, nanny or related experience within the preceding three years.
– Availability for the stated Monday–Friday split-shift schedule.

Employment entitlements
Vacation pay and time, public holidays, statutory leaves, and overtime pay will be provided in accordance with applicable Ontario employment standards. No discretionary bonuses or additional benefits are offered.
