We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Installer Supervisor to lead our installation team and support the successful completion of residential renovation and installation projects.

Job Duties

1.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of residential installers and labourers involved in interior installation and renovation projects.
2.Assign installation tasks, monitor work progress, and adjust schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
3.Review work orders and installation requirements before work begins and coordinate installation activities with subcontractors and other trades as needed.
4.Resolve installation-related issues and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and workmanship.
5.Order and maintain materials, tools, and supplies required for installation projects.
6.Train employees on installation procedures, workplace safety practices, and company policies.
7.Inspect completed installation work to ensure proper fit, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
8.Prepare job progress updates and communicate project status to management.
9.Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
10.Perform hands-on installation work when required to support project operations.

Employment Requirements

1.Completion of secondary school is required.
2.Several years of experience in residential construction, renovation, installation, or a related construction trade are required.
3.Previous experience leading or supervising a construction or installation crew is preferred.
4.Ability to read and interpret work orders, project specifications, and installation instructions.
5.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6.Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction and installation work.
7.Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
8.Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
9.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Work Conditions

1.Fast-paced construction environment.
2.Physically demanding.
3.Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the workday.
4.Work performed at various residential and commercial project sites.
5.Overtime may be required depending on project schedules.
