Key Responsibilities:
– Outline project phases, establish critical timelines, and audit ongoing performance against the master blueprint
– Build and enforce rigorous standard operating procedures to maintain build integrity
– Oversee, coordinate, guide, govern, and assess building initiatives from conception to completion to ensure adherence to timelines, blueprints, and financial limits
– Formulate and deliver comprehensive fiscal forecasts and cost projections for upcoming jobs
– Command the purchasing strategy for physical construction inventory and real estate options
– Generate status updates and communicate formal timeline assessments directly to the client
– Draft legal agreements and manage modifications with designers, specialists, property owners, vendors, and trade partners
– Recruit, onboard, and direct the daily output of specialized trade partners and assistant management teams
– Act as the firm’s official spokesperson for commercial transactions and other stakeholders
– Such other related duties as instructed by the Director
