JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise staff, assign workers duties
• Hire and train or arrange training for staff
• Authorize payments by cheque, returns of merch
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage cash
• Customer services

SKILLS
• Completion of secondary school
• 2-3 years previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience at Canadian Tire an asset but not required
• Excellent communication skills
