CC Lash and Brow is looking for two (2) Full-Time Estheticians (NOC 63211)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40-44 hours per week, $20.00 to $23.00/hour, plus commission, tips, and overtime pay.

Job Description:
Core Services:
• Perform professional esthetic services, which may include (depending on your offerings):
o Facials and advanced skin treatments
o Lash and brow services (tinting, lifting, extensions, shaping)
o Hair removal (waxing, sugaring, threading)
o Nail care (manicures, pedicures, gel applications)
o Makeup application
o Body treatments
• Provide accurate skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and products.
Client Care & Experience:
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service that aligns with the business’s quality expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
• Educate clients on aftercare and ongoing maintenance.
Professional Standards:
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage appointment times efficiently to avoid delays.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Team Contribution:
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support retail sales by recommending professional products tailored to client needs.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school, college or beauty school programs for cosmeticians, estheticians, electrologists, manicurists and pedicurists
• Be knowledgeable in performing esthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin care, hair removal techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Language in the workplace is English
