We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician / Superintendent to oversee the daily mechanical operations and structural preservation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot minor system failures, and ensure a safe, functional environment for all occupants

Requirements & Qualifications/Education: Completion of secondary school (High School Diploma) is required.

Experience: Minimum of 7months -1 years of experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience in plumbing, electrical circuitry, and HVAC components.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy equipment, move furniture, and operate power tools safely.

Required languages: french or english

Education level: minimum secondary school

Required skills: Make minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.Do routine jobs like painting and fixing drywall.Inspect building systems every day.Help skilled trade workers like plumbers or electricians.Show apartments, collect rent, or manage tenant requests (for superintendents
