We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team to ensure a smooth operation of our restaurant.

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (to be negotiated)
Wage: $37.50 to $40.00 hourly (To be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate

Job Duties:
1. Review and assess daily business activities
2. Track and evaluate employee work progress
3. Coordinate and prepare day-to-day tasks
4. Create and manage employee shift rosters together with the owner
5. Oversee and support team members during their shifts
6. Track stock levels and keep supplies well-organized
7. Discuss and agree on terms for facility rentals and food services
8. Help develop and execute promotional activities
9. Guide and train staff on their specific duties
10. Resolve customer issues and handle their feedback professionally
11. Deliver excellent support and assistance to guests
12. Coordinate and oversee special functions and activities

Education Requirements: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience Requirements: Experience an asset (1-2 years experience in hospitality is required)
Work Location: Urban area, Relocation costs covered by employer
