Job Title: Commercial Building Painter (NOC: 73112)

Salary: $27 to 37 per hour for 40 hours a week

Job Requirements:
Languages

Education
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent related experience
Experience
• At least 3-5 years of work experience as a painter or related filed.

On the Road:
• Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required

Duties:
• Cleaning, preparing, and painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures
• power-washing, hand-washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, filling,
• patching surfaces in preparation for painting as well as brushing, rolling, spraying
• other methods of application of primers, paints, coatings, sealers, and other systems designed to coat and protect interior and exterior finished surfaces
