Salary: $30.00 to hourly / 40 to 50 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Overtime required

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Hay farming, primary agricultural position.
Supervision: 3-4 people
Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service

Job Duties
• Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development
• Assist in the development and implementation of farm and bio-security procedures
• Provide agricultural crop service such as plowing, irrigation, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operation
• Maintain work records and logs
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, Haying equipment
• Perform general farm duties
• Supervise and oversee growing and harvesting operations to ensure hay quality.
