Job Description

Tasks:

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Maintain work records and logs
Perform general farm duties

Supervision: 3-4 people

Required languages: English

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

Required skills: 1 year to less than 2 years experience as a farm supervisor
