Job description :
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of construction workers and trades personnel on job sites. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. Inspect work performed to ensure quality standards and adherence to company procedures Train, mentor, and provide instruction to crew members regarding work methods, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices. Organize and assign tasks, establish work priorities, and resolve onsite operational issues and personnel concerns. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and enforce safe work practices. Coordinate materials, equipment, and supplies required for construction activities and communicate with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare daily reports, maintain records of work progress, attendance, incidents, and materials usage. Assist management with estimating labor requirements, evaluating employee performance, and recommending hiring or disciplinary actions.
