BC ECO Paving Inc. 2131 Hartley Ave, Coquitlam, BC, V3K 6V5, is looking for a full-time control production manager for their paving division. Duties, but not limit too: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting process for the clients. Compile reports on the progress of work and on any production problems that arise. Track material inventory, prepare new material orders, monitor order schedules for inventory control and maintain inventory records. Maintain contact with vendors to ensure that supplies and equipment are shipped on time. Coordinate the financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates and finalize the process. Supervise the development and implementation of field works and workers in the field. Recruit, train and manage staff. Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization’s ongoing performance. Wages starting at $38.50 per hour for a 40-hour week. Extended health benefits, after probation of 3 months. Experience; College or university diploma or degree in accounting or business administration.
