Job Description

Manages the movement, handling, storage, and tracking of customers’ household or commercial goods during moving and relocation operations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading moving trucks, safely transporting furniture, appliances, boxes, and equipment, packing and securing items to prevent damage, and ensuring all goods are properly labelled, inventoried, and accounted for before, during, and after each move.

The role also involves organizing items in trucks or storage areas, assisting with warehouse storage and retrieval when required, using moving equipment such as dollies, straps, ramps, pallet jacks, and other handling tools, and following company safety procedures. The position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, safe lifting practices, customer service skills, and the ability to protect client property while ensuring efficient and damage-free moving services

Education level: High School Diploma

Required skills: Physical Stamina Ability to lift heavy objects (often 50+ lbs), walk, stand, and move for long periods.
