is in need of Retail Store Supervisor

Employment Terms: Full Time – Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Working Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week, required to work days and nights

Wage/Benefit: $21.00/hour

Employment Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary education.
• Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years similar experience required
