Salary: $38.50/ hour for 30-40 hours per week

Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years as a Carpenter or in the wood products manufacturing industry is required

Specific Skills
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters, cabinet makers and production workers in a manufacturing setting.
• Plan, organize, and schedule production workflows to meet project deadlines and output targets.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for customs and standard cabinetry.
• Monitor production quality to ensure finished cabinets meet design specifications and company standards.
• Estimate materials, labour, and production timelines, and coordinate supply requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, manufacturing procedures, and quality control protocols.
• Train staff and oversee skill development and provide input on hiring and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with design, finishing, and installation teams to ensure seamless production and delivery.
• Identify production inefficiencies and implement process improvements to optimize workflow.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment used in cabinet manufacturing.
• Resolve operational and workforce issues to ensure continuous production
