*Job Duties
· Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashier.
· Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
· Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations.
· Receive payments and issuing receipts.
· Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
· Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
· Recruitment and training staff.
· Prepare reports on sales volume and forecasting, merchandising, and personnel matters.
· Perform cleaning & maintaining activities.

*Job Requirements
· Education: Completion of secondary School
· Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a retail sales supervisor is required.
