*this location is a commerical truck stop that includes the Aulac Big Stop Restaurant, Irving Gas station, convenience store, Showers, washrooms and a dog park. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the facility and its grounds.

Required languages: English

Education level: Completion of highschool

Required skills: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty trash cans and other waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Perform safety and security checks, Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, Clean rooms and fixtures, Work with minimal supervision, Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, Supervise cleaning staff (if needed)
