Job Description
Intellipro Technologies Canada Inc is looking for a Full-Time HR Recruitment Officer (NOC 12101)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $35.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer preparation
• Conduct credential verification, licensing checks, and background screenings for candidates in regulated health care roles
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable employment legislation, organizational policies, and health care regulatory standards
• Coordinate and implement recruitment activities to meet ongoing and projected staffing needs within the health care sector
• Liaise with hiring managers to gather job requirements, support candidate selection, and ensure timely hiring decisions
• Provide training and ongoing support to HR and recruitment staff on hiring procedures, systems, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance in recruitment activities
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, recruitment records, and candidate documentation
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipelines) and prepare reports for internal review
• Assist with onboarding coordination, including documentation, communication, and new hire setup
• Support workforce planning activities by providing recruitment data and hiring insights
Job Requirements:
• College diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration
• Language in the workplace is English
Job Location:
Intellipro Technologies – #200 – 120 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 4V1. We have options for remote work, but candidate must be physically located in Canada.
