Wage Rate: $20.37 per hour (+ pooled tips)

At all times, you are aware of the gaming operations, will work under provincial gaming regulations and comply with all policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

– Maintain a presence on the gaming floor and be able to respond to guest inquiries quickly.
– Control access to the facility and sensitive areas.
– Monitor alarm panels, control and issue keys.
– Write reports and maintain a daily log.
– Provide First Aid and medical attention as needed.

What You Bring

– No experience necessary!
– High level of customer service.
– Detail-orientated and organized nature.
– Sensitive in dealing with people and proactive in providing solutions.
– Good judgment.
– Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Social perceptiveness and good vision to identify people.
– Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
– Benefit from working flexible hours
– Experience with computers.
– Valid BC Security License and/or completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam (paid) within 10 days of start.
– Completion of Serving It Right certificate prior to start date if not already a holder
– Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
