Plan and develop menus while estimating food quantities and managing supply orders. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including specialized meals for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions. Ensure kitchen and food service areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. Train and supervise kitchen staff, maintain inventory records, and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food service.
