Care for 1 child in employer’s home

Note: This is a live-out only position

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening

Work experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Education level: Completion of high school or equivalent

Required skills: Supervise and care for child; Prepare and serve nutritious meals to child; Help child with homework; Organize activities such as games and outings for child; Prepare craft materials and assist child to use them; Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development; Read to child; Accompany child to medical and/or dental appointments; Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents; Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
