Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wage: CAD$22.00/hour (various shifts including early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays)
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~ 40 hours/week
Benefits: 6 % of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate daily activities of staff
• Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedules and shift rotations to ensure efficient store operations
• Authorize payments and return of products;
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
• Order products when supplies are low.
• Prepare financial reports on sales figures, merchandising, staff performance;
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions;
• Train staff and monitor work performance;
• Ensure displays, signage and the general appearance and cleanness of the store are well-maintained.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
