Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign duties to sales workers and prepare work schedules.
• Authorize payments and process merchandise returns.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Maintain inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, inventory, and staff performance.
• Hire, train, and monitor new sales staff.
• Ensure the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained.
• May perform the same duties as staff and assist in key holding, opening/closing the store, managing escalated issues, and implementing marketing strategies
