Job Title: Hairstylist

Wage: $20.31/hour (or commission, whichever is higher)

Job Duties:
Recommend hairstyles to clients
Cut, style and colour client’s hair
Suggest appropriate products
Shampoo and rinse hair
Maintain a positive, professional, respectful demeanour
Maintain a current professional Instagram profile tagging or collaborating with salon on posts
Office administration and other business support tasks (like reception) as needed
Help with inventory as needed

Employment Requirements / Work Experience:
Completion of secondary school

Additional Requirements:
A portfolio of previous styles and cuts an asset

Personal Suitability: punctuality, consistency, and ability to be part of a team.

Required languages: English
