Job Description

Tasks:
– Design and develop power equipment and systems
– Install equipment
– Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation
– Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements
– Service equipment
– Supervise the building and testing of prototypes
– Assist in design, development and testing
– Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
– Assist in inspecting, testing and adjusting electronic components
– Conduct safety training programs
– Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications
– Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
– Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems
– Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports.

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 5 years or more

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
