JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure the hospitality and service standards are according to Allen’s one stop
policies
• Evaluate the current market trends to understand the products in demand and add
them to the inventory.
• Review daily Fuel readings, inventory list and maintain the level of supplies to
cater to peak demand.
• Ensuring safe and sanitary practices are adhered to in accordance with company
and facility policies.
• Determine the varieties of products to be marketed and compare the
products with the competitors to bring that sales boost.
• Negotiate with different vendors to land a good deal on the merchandise when
bought in bulk quantities.
• Develop, implement and execute the corporate marketing tactics regularly.
• Follows proper safety procedures and maintain all required labels and logs.
• Plan and execute the daily operations of the business both with the convenience
store and the gas station.
• Maintains all related work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Plan and monitor the budgets and revenues set for the term to ensure the targets
are achieved to run the business profitably.
• Hire, manage and assign shifts to all the employees with day to day operations of
the company
• Ensure the company policies and operations are in compliance with all the
regulatory authorities.
• Provide genuine hospitality and customer service and address the customer
complaints in a prompt manner.
• Reports damaged and/or inoperable equipment and fixtures to the corporate.
• Record delivery temperature and put away the orders according to FIFO method.
