Rio Brazilian Steakhouse Ltd. is looking for qualified head butcher to work at our restaurant!

Position: Head Butcher
Employer: Rio Brazilian Steakhouse LTD. Dba. Rio Brazilian Steakhouse
Working Location: 2729 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam, BC, V3E 1K9
Business address: Same as above
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Wage: $37.00/hour (Overtime pay will be paid at 1.5 times your regular wage for the time over 8hrs/day and over 40 hrs/wk.)
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: 4% vacation fee or 10 days paid vacation
Position Available: 1

Responsibilities:
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat or poultry
• Prepare and portion of meat or poultry to meat standards of restaurant
• Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
• Prepare special display of meats
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats to prepare meats for different cooking method
• Receive, track, and manage stock of meat deliveries
• Prepare special orders and special meat orders

Qualification:
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is required.
