Wage: $28.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% gross salary for vacation remuneration.
Hours of work: 30-44 hours per week.

Duties:
-Provide immediate attention to guests’ requests/work orders.
-Perform general handyperson tasks such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and renovation work and other related duties in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
-Ensures the building is in good condition by performing daily repairs and maintenance as needed.
-Proactively identify and report issues, items requiring repairs or replacement before it becomes a big problem.
-Troubleshoot/repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.
-Maintain inventory of essential tools and spare parts
-Maintain accurate log and maintenance records daily.
-Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal, minor landscaping and pressure washing as required.
-Perform independently with little to no supervision; while being flexible enough to be team-oriented

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience: Experience is an asset.
