Working Hours: 37.5 – 44 hours/week

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join us and provide high-quality care to elderly clients in the Brampton area. The ideal candidate will have a caring personality, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors. This is an on-site position, with optional live-in accommodation available at no cost (not a requirement).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bedside and personal care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• Support clients in maintaining mobility through regular exercises and walks
• Prepare and serve healthy and nutritious meals tailored to clients’ needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns promptly
Qualifications & Skills:
• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in personal care, home support, or healthcare
• Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, and lifting as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and client-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Criminal record check required
