Duties

Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Implement health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with local laws.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong background in food preparation and handling practices.
Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall beverage service experience.
Ability to lead by example, motivating staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
