Job Description

Location: 4809 50 Ave Wetaskiwin, AB T9A 0S1
Work location: on site
Salary: 34.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Starts: as soon as possible
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Estimate costs and materials
Maintain, repair, and renovate residential homes and wooden structures for homeowners, custom home builders, and residential construction projects, including framing, finishing, remodeling, and general carpentry work
