Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in a dynamic farm environment, supporting various cultivation and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to the successful operation of our farm.

Duties

Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
Mixing fertilizer
Pack fruits and vegetables
Pick row and orchard crops
Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
Sort fruits and vegetables
Clean work area
Harvest crops
Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Assist with planting, watering, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and machinery
Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor crop health and report any issues related to pests or disease
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Support other farm activities such as fencing, soil preparation, and equipment setup

Experience – Will Train

Education – No degree, certificate or diploma
