Work Arrangement: In-Office Only, Mornings and Weekends Required
Position Overview
We are hiring a Retail Supervisor for our 114 Avenue Gas Bar & Car Wash site in Fort St. John. The
The successful candidate will be the first line of leadership, guiding a team of gas bar attendants to deliver a top-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Encouraging a top-quality customer experience by coaching and guiding Team Members
• Support training and development of the team to encourage continuous improvement
• Maintaining exceptional site standards
• Guide and enforce Co-op policies and procedures
• Ensure consistent quality and service of product offerings and programs
• Support engagement initiatives, process improvements, and policy updates

Qualifications
• 2+ years of front-line retail or customer service experience
• 1–3 years of leadership experience, or relevant post-secondary equivalency
• Familiarity with BC Employment Standards, Food Safety, and WorkSafeBC legislation
• Strong familiarity with technology, troubleshooting and managing high pressure environments
• Ability to safely lift 55lbs (20kg) and carry it 100 meters repeatedly
• English proficiency CEFR B2+: meet safety and customer-service standards
