Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Country/Winfield Area is looking for a Full-Time Hotel Manager (NOC 60031)! This is a full-time, permanent position.
Job Description:
• Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation Super 8 Lake Country
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
• Resolve customer complaints
• As needed, step in to perform duties of hotel workers managed.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry
• Minimum completion of college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Language in the workplace is English – must be fluent
We offer:
• $32.97 to $36.60 per hour (negotiable), 40 hours per week
