Employee will be responsible for the specialized governance of strategic IT vendors, managing the entire relationship lifecycle within core procurement platforms. Manage the end-to-end IT vendor lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and onboarding in SAP Ariba and Coupa. Manage SAP Ariba to proactively monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying and escalating deviations. Manage JIRA and Confluence workflows to ensure comprehensive, audit-ready documentation. Manage JIRA and Confluence workflows to ensure comprehensive, audit-ready documentation. For SAP Business Network, managing integrations (cXML, EDI) and both internal and external catalogs, as well as managing Coupa and support system upgrades by preparing test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and developing process design documentation. Confer with clients, prepare cost/benefit and ROI analyses, provide IT strategy. Full-time 37.5 hours per week permanent position to start as soon as possible. $44.00 per hour. Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree. Minimum experience of at least 3 years with experience in SAP (FI/CO/HR/MM/OT/SD).
