we are seeking a motivated and responsible Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a solid understanding of liquor laws and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations in compliance with liquor regulations.

Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation.

Handle cash management, POS systems, and daily reconciliation.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.

Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive growth.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Ensure strict age verification procedures are followed.

Prepare sales reports, budgets, and support cost control measures.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in retail or store management (liquor store experience preferred).

Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance regulations.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage staff and foster a positive work environment.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

Must be age 19+
