Wilco Construction Northwest Inc. is seeking 19 construction labourers for their 14420-154 Ave., NW, Edmonton, AB T6V 0K8 location and various locations in and around Edmonton. English-speaking workplace. Seasonal positions. (March to November 2026) (10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week) Must commit to the whole season.

Wage: $26.00/hour
Over time after 44 hours per week
Education: Basic
Experience: 1-2 years

Duties: Building retaining walls, paving stone installation, concrete forming and laying pavers. Load and unload construction materials. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Carpenter’s helper. Help build structures. Underground utility installation and other types of civil work. Mobilize and spread soil and other materials. Operate small packers. Load sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees. Perform all other construction-related duties as directed.

Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hand-eye coordination. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. A valid class 5 license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory for local employees. Will look at applicants for ride-sharing who do not have a license. Must be willing to work in all weather environments. Must be 18 years or older.
