1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food meets quality control standards

2. Requirements
• Other trades certificate or diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
• Work under pressure

• Employer: Hanami Restaurant
• Location: 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC / YVR- Vancouver International Airport
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent (30~40 Hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Wage: $28.85 per hour
